This is just a brief outline of the work the Todmorden Market Hall Tenants Association are involved in.

To represent all Tenants with negotiations on Rent, Service Charge and Rate reviews.

To Ensure that our members wishes and ideas are brought to the Committee for full and frank consideration, and acted upon.

To negotiate with the Todmorden Market Management opening times at Holiday Periods, i.e Christmas/New Year and Easter etc.

To hold regular meetings with the Market Management to promote positive discussion in relation to ideas for improvement and maintaining sustainability of the Todmorden Market Hall.

To promote the market in general through the co-operation of the Tenants and Markets Management Team.

To hold meetings and inform Members of issues that may affect the effective operation of both the Todmorden Market Hall and individual business.

The list is not exhaustive but highlights the main functions of the Tenants Association.
